this is another extremely boring day.
AFA1 cA1 was at 5 to 6pm, and i must say, its one of the easiest tests set, ever.

i think that must be attributable to the fact that our lecturer, is kind of a .. 'student-lecturer'.
what i mean by this is that he sees problems from a student's point of view..
and try to make life easier for us.

for example,

dr leased equipment
cr lease payable

dr depreciation
cr accumulated depreciation

for the entire 3 or 4 years, depending on the question.
normally, we would be required to write out the journal entries for each year.
however, what he said struck a chord with me.

"i am not testing you if you can write out the journal entries 3 or 4 times. what i want to know is if you can identify which account to post to."

wow. which teacher places himself/herself in the shoes of the students?
hahaha.
impressed. glad. surprised. i am.

this is one heck of a lecturer.

okay, im back from a short hiatus from blogging!
reason being i just got my nintendo ds lite and was hooked onto playing the many games that i have at my disposal.

so what are the updates?
hmm.
well actually, i lead a boring life now.
school is only in 2 days a week, half day each.
and its getting really boring, especially for me, as i am currently not working.
so i have plenty of spare time doing things that are i wished i could say was productive.
but it isnt.

so im out of topics to write.

its already the 8th of may.
school, my 7th semester, started at the 16th of April.
it is already the 4th week of school.
just like THAT.
4th week.
wow, im amazed.

as always we always look back, and we always seem to wonder if the supreme being sped time up.
but of course, nothing like that happened and will happen, because the speed in which time passes is all in the brain; its psychological.

and wee +)
it will be be a visit to the Jurong East Swimming Complex tomorrow!
I heard the entrance fee is only at a dollar, and that the slides and play things there are uber compared to the couple of things that some call slides; i prefer to call it a 'surgically-removed' piece of intestine from somewhere to be placed in Tampines.

that being said, the slides at Tampines Swimming Complex is at most half a storey high.
and so, the speed in which u slide downwards isnt really fantastic.
granted, you may experience somewhat a feeling of being thrilled, but that can be easily classified as a medical problem: hallucination.
the reason i say this is because there isnt a feeling of 'wootage' and 'umph'.
in short the feeling tak shiok lah!

im expecting to enjoy myself there, rent a float (yes those big yellow ones), and make my money worthwhile! (even though entrance only costs a dollar. i'm a cheapo and miser, no doubt +P)

and i wish the sun would show no mercy!
i need a burn, or a tan.

i know these products were released or made known to the public for quite sometime now.
but then, i need time to satiate my tastebuds for all things nice and wonderful
