burps!
oops!
what a way to start blogging!
came back about an hour ago from cafe cartel to celebrate fenglun's birthday..
the food aint that fantastic.
was pretty bloated and feeling greasy from all the food taken there.
maybe i've overeaten. perhaps.
i had some meat lover's set meal there.
pretty much regretted it, since i dont like meat that much.
i'm more of a vegetable person :P
so yea after the meal we parted and i took bus 28 from tampines interchange back home.
alright... enough of what i did today...
time for some reflections....
im in accountancy, class 2A04 of Singapore Polytechnic.
i'm in a class where there's nearly no life, or should i say lifeless.
everytime i hear my cousin telling me what she did today in class, what happened in her class today, i will relate it to my own class.
to compound matters for me, shes just in her 2nd week of her year 1 in singapore poly.
---sigh---
the already fun things that they did in class is not something i would experience in class. not at all.
you see, maybe the fundamentals of my class is such that girls out number guys, which probably explain their gentleness.
they are mostly of a quiet nature, prefering to keep a low profile, not wanting to attract attention at all.
they are not your typical fun loving classmates, they are mostly quiet and very reserved, with the exception of 1 or 2 of them.
anyway, besides that, there are 7 guys in my class.
one's pretty much a loner, the other 6 are often in a world of their own.
i must say, their idea of fun is certainly more appealing to me then the girls.
more often then not, i just let out a polite smile or laughter.
it is just not something that i can laugh my heart out, not like my secondary school days. this is in stark comparison with my cousins class...
nope, im not critisiing anyone. im just writing what i feel.
my class is just so reserved, quiet most of the times.
so far, i cannot really remembered when i had fun.
Real fun. Probably the pool outing could be counted as one, but nevertheless, this is few and far between, unlike the daily doses of fun in my cousins class.
Yes, life is not fair. nothing ever is, not even the very composition of your classmates.
why am i here?
would life am been better if i were in TP, doing some other business courses,
or if i were in RP, doing my biomedical science diploma?
ive heard that my friends in RP totally love their class.
TOTALLY.
their enthusiasm is contagious and i can feel it, when im many miles away from them.
but when i think of my classmates, it dwindles as fast as it goes up.
i havent found any true friends in poly. mabbe kumar and company would count as some, but not in my course, and definitely not in my class.
yes. im always with a group of people in my class.
they can be called my clique.
sometimes, i just feel our relation is just so fake, so unreal, so surreal at times and just so forced at some times.
its artifical, not real.
man... im feeling so ... haiz
